Fiber wheel is a polishing and grinding material with strong cutting force, which can cover the coarse lines left by sandpaper tape. It has excellent effect on removing and repairing large burrs on castings, and has fine and beautiful patterns after grinding. Can be used for manual and automatic grinding, middle or rear line processing, and elimination of less noticeable surface defects.

Fast heat dissipation, resistant to high-speed grinding, leaving no residue or black threads on the polished workpiece, high wear resistance, high elasticity, strong self sharpening, good brightness of the polished workpiece, small dust, no pollution, safe and noise free.

Fiber wheels can polish flat surfaces, concave convex surfaces, and various grooves, presenting a matte, silky, and even mirror finish on the surface of the metal workpiece being polished. They are best used for rough and fine polishing.
